Sunday School is offered for children 3 years old through the 6th grade. Classes are held in the lower level of the building. Sunday School opens every week at 9:30am with kids coming together to sing praise songs. Staffed by dedicated teachers, this is an important part of the children's educational program here at Bethesda. Lessons are taught from the Bible in a style and at a level appropriate to the maturity of the students. What a fun and meaningful way to learn about Jesus and to begin to make lifelong friends!
Junior Church
Junior Church is held during the 10:45am Worship Service and is designed for children 3 years old through the 3rd grade. Preschoolers who have attended Sunday School move directly to Preschool Junior Church. School age children are dismissed from their Sunday School classes to begin the 10:45am Worship Service with their parents in the sanctuary. After corporate worship in song with the adults and older children, these children are dismissed at a scheduled time to meet their Junior Church teacher in the foyer. The kids are then led to their Junior Church classroom in the lower level, where Bible based age appropriate teaching and activity await!

Pathfinders

Beginning September 8, 2010 - June 2011
Bible lessons, games, crafts, snacks and fun are the order of the day for 3 year olds through 6th graders. In Pathfinders, we use the light of God's Word to point to the Light of the World, Jesus! Along with Bethesda's kids, we share this evening with many of our friends and neighbors from the community. This year we are studying "The Armor of God'. Come and bring a friend!

Vacation Bible School
Always a highlight of our summer, VBS kicks off our summer ministries. We had a great time this year at High Seas Expedition learning about God's Word. Join us next summer, June 20-24, 2011 for "Pandamania - Where
God is Wild About You".
Block Party Wednesdays

Designed for elementary students, Block Party Wednesdays is Bethesda's summer midweek program. Lots and lots of fun, we reinforce through active learning what we learned during Vacation Bible School. Classes are held outside weather permitting. See you next summer!
